What We Are Raising Funds For:

1. Sustainable Fishing Gear for Low-Income Fishermen

We provide essential, eco-friendly fishing gear to local fishing families who rely on the ocean for their livelihood. Your donation helps ensure that these fishermen have the tools they need to fish responsibly and support their families.

2. Educational Programs and Ocean Conservation Initiatives

Baja Pescador leads ocean sustainability workshops, teaching fishermen and the next generation about responsible fishing practices and how to protect marine ecosystems. We also aim to organize community events and beach cleanups to preserve the natural beauty of our oceans.

3. AI Fish Identification App Development

We are building an AI-powered app that allows users to identify fish species, log their catches, and access important data about their fishing habits. This app will not only make fishing more efficient for anglers, but it will also contribute to our goal of educating the community on sustainable fishing.

4. Baja Pescador Fishing Wellness Center

Our future fishing wellness center in Bahía de Los Ángeles will offer a place for fishermen and eco-tourists to relax, recharge, and connect with the local culture. The center will feature fishing gear tune-ups, yoga and wellness classes, and local art displays – creating a space where fishing and ocean conservation meet wellness and community.

• $10 can supply a fisherman with eco-friendly fishing hooks and gear.

• $25 can help provide materials for educational workshops on ocean conservation.

• $50 supports the ongoing development of the Baja Pescador AI Fish ID App, making fishing smarter and more sustainable for all.

• $100 contributes to building our wellness center for fishermen, fostering both mental and physical well-being.

• $500+ makes a direct impact by funding sustainable fishing equipment and resources for entire communities in Baja California.
